We look after the work behind your work, and that includes looking after your information. This policy explains what personal data Swincor Pratama handles when you visit this website or contact us, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

This website is operated by Swincor Pratama ("Swincor", "we", "us"), a provider of workplace services based at One Pacific Place, 11th Floor, SCBD, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta Selatan 12190, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to swincor.com and to the communications you send us in connection with it, such as enquiries about our services or job applications. Personal data processed while we deliver services under a contract is also governed by that contract.

3. Information we collect

This website has no sign-up, account or contact form, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools. We only receive personal data in these ways:

• When you email us. Your name, email address, company, job title and anything you choose to include in your message, for example details of the supplies, facilities, technology or other services you need.
• When you apply for a job. Your CV and the information in your application.
• When you browse the site. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is processed automatically by our hosting provider and by the third-party services the page loads (see section 7), mainly to deliver and protect the website.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotations.
• To provide, manage and support the services you request from us.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

• service providers who support us, such as our email and website hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• partners or subcontractors involved in delivering a service you have requested, limited to what they need for that work;

Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia. When that happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with Indonesian law.

7. Third-party services on this website

• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes request data such as IP addresses. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser requests them from Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps shows our office location in the Contact section. When the map loads, Google may collect data and set cookies under its own policy.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, including any period required by law or needed to resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise it. If you are not hired, we keep your application only as long as needed for recruitment, unless you agree that we may keep it for future openings.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
